RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS – iSELLER

1. Returns – withdrawal from the contract

The Consumer and the Entrepreneur with consumer rights may withdraw from the distance contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the Goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, please send a declaration to the following e-mail address: info@iseller.com.pl , indicating at least the order number and contact details.

The goods must be sent back or returned no later than 14 days from the date of submission of the declaration of withdrawal.

The refund will be made no later than 14 days after receiving the declaration of withdrawal, however, the Seller may withhold the refund until the Goods are received or proof of their return is provided.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the Customer, unless the Customer has agreed to a different method.

The Customer is liable for any reduction in the value of the Goods resulting from their use in a manner beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

The right of withdrawal may not apply in cases provided for by law (e.g. goods sealed for hygiene reasons after opening – if applicable).
2. Complaints – non-conformity of the Goods with the Agreement

The complaint should include: the order number, description of the non-conformity, date of discovery, the Customer's request and contact details.

Please attach photos/videos if possible.

The Seller will respond to the complaint within 14 days .

If the complaint is accepted, the Seller will bring the Goods into compliance with the Agreement (repair or replacement), and if this is impossible or requires excessive costs, the Seller will reduce the price or refund the funds in accordance with the regulations.
3. Used devices

In the case of used devices, the condition (e.g. A/B/C), possible traces of use and key parameters (e.g. battery condition, if specified) are specified in the offer description and constitute an important element of the Agreement.

If the Seller offers additional voluntary iSeller protection/guarantee, its terms are indicated in the description or provided with the Goods. This does not limit the Customer's rights arising from the provisions regarding non-conformity of the Goods with the Contract.
4. Return address / personal collection of returns

The method of return (shipping or personal delivery) is agreed between the Customer and the Seller.
