DELIVERY AND PAYMENT – iSELLER

1. Delivery (Poland)

  1. We deliver within Poland.
  2. Available delivery/collection methods are visible in the shopping cart before placing your order.
  3. The shipping cost and any free shipping threshold are displayed in the shopping cart.

2. InPost (Parcel Locker / Courier)

  1. Shipping is carried out by InPost – Paczkomaty or Kurier (as selected in the basket).
  2. Delivery time depends on InPost and the time of shipment.
  3. After shipping the parcel, the customer receives information with the tracking number (if available).

3. Warszawa Express (iSeller's own courier)

  1. Own courier delivery is available in Warsaw.
  2. Standard delivery hours: 12:00–19:00 (weekdays and subject to availability).
  3. Once you have paid for your order, we will contact you to confirm the delivery time.
  4. If delivery is not possible on the selected day, we will suggest the next available date.

4. Personal collection

  1. Personal collection is possible at: ul. Żurawia 32/34, room 29, 00-515 Warsaw .
  2. Pickup hours: Mon-Fri 11:00-19:00 .
  3. Please provide your order number upon delivery.
  4. Order preparation time for pickup: typically 30-90 minutes (or as indicated in the message).

5. Payments

  1. Available payment methods are presented in the shopping cart and may include:
    • Przelewy24 (including BLIK, fast transfers, cards – subject to availability),
    • bank transfer (if available),
    • other methods available in the ordering process.
  2. The order is processed after payment confirmation (in the case of a traditional transfer – after the payment has been credited).

6. Protective glass installation service

  1. In case of personal collection, we offer professional installation of protective glass or foil - PLN 10 .
  2. Installation includes: cleaning the screen, precise application of the glass/foil, removing air bubbles.
  3. The service is available immediately at our office at ul. Żurawia 32/34.
  4. Installation can be arranged when placing an order for personal pickup or directly on site.
